Mindful Me Monday

Mindfulness activities encourage children to pause and focus on being in the moment and concentrating on one task. The world in which our children live can be a busy and challenging one at times and these strategies are a fantastic way for children to relax. There are so many benefits to mindfulness including:


Mindful children experience less stress, anxiety and sadness.

Mindful children are better able to cope with change and other stressors. 

Mindful children can have better night's sleep.
